cramps are so sickening.

for a moment, how i wish i were a guy. never have you gotta endure all the trouble to soothe that ache in the tummy, get hot food and spend more time in the toilet to clear up all those mess at least 4 times a day. luckily, cramps are always apparent to me only on the first day. *touchwood*


today's the 2nd week of my 'healthy living', exercise regime as follows

mon-long cardio (40mins)
tues-strength training w short cardio
wed-rest
thurs-long cardio
fri-strength training
sat-long cardio
sun-rest

was happy with my performance last week, i followed through it all though there were little slipups of muching over too much nuts and some nibbles on chips and waffles, opps. but all in all,a pat on the back for the discipline to do the exercises(:
but for today, i have not done my run due to the heavy rain in the morning and the sickening cramps,urgghh. i wonder if i'll be better in the evening cause i don't wanna miss my run when i've been accomplishing everything last week. i'm even prepared to gym in the morning tmrw before heading to a baking lesson my bro's wifey and i signed up tgt.

yes, and i know i needa get hot food to ease the cramps but i was too hungry and feeling lazy to get out of the house, i had cereal and cold milk for lunch. i can go bang my head against the wall cause you know cold stuffs are gonna make the cramps worse. but the cereal was like there in my face and it was the simplestestestest food i could find at the very moment(maybe cause i had already opened the fridge). i couldn't even be bothered to open the kitchen cupboard(which was just next to the fridge-.-) to make myself hot instant 3-in-1 horlicks, kuku me.

edited - my stomach is so screwed, it can't decides if the pain i'm having is due to having too much shit in me or purely due to the cramps. it keeps sending wrong signals to the brain which then asks me to head to the loo. i've been in there 3 times for the past 2hrs plus. i'm gonna shit my intestines out alr. yes, bloody intestines.
